MUSICOW offers 3 service options for charging cash: Online transfer, Virtual account and Deposit without a bankbook. We’ve offered the Deposit without a bankbook service since our early service, which didn’t provide the other services, for considering the timescale to change users’ payment method.

The usage of deposit without a bankbook declined under 5.0% and the almost all cash chargings are conducted by the other two methods. Because of the hand-writing note reflection, it takes excessively long time to reflect to data system and occurs some errors. So, we decided to discontinue the service since April 16.

The other services (Online transfer and Virtual account) will be maintained and we will do our best to improve more convenient charging service for users.
